Regional Sales Manager (Native Level Mandarin/ Beijing Based)

We are seeking a high caliber individual to join our team expansion as Regional Sales Manager station in Beijing.


Job highlights:


  • Develop sales plan across APAC region

  • Find new customers across APAC

  • Flexible, strong negotiation skills


Main roles and responsibilities:


  • Develop and implements strategic sales plans across the APAC region

  • Identify and assess new market opportunities in APAC region and work closely with clients on penetration of the company product portfolio and secure new business for the company

  • Develop, maintain and improve business relations with all clients

  • Gain understanding of client base, competition, pricing and other market variables to drive the business performance

  • Direct sales forecasting activities, set performance goals goals and achieve sales plan

  • Frequently travel is required


Qualifications:


  • Degree holder plus fluent English/Mandarin

  • At least 5 years working experience in manage APAC region is preferred

  • Good presentation, negotiation and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Required profile:


  • App development experience is a MUST

  • Prefer has experience dealing with record labels/film production companies

  • Experience in developed new market or channels is highly preferred
